5:00 pm                       At-the-door registration (this is only for those who have not pre-registered and need to purchase wristbands and for those who need to purchase extra wristbands)
Pre-ordered shirt pick-up at Osage Room

7:00 pm           Doors open for conference (AYC info booklet and pens picked up at door- each person should be wearing their wristband for admission into AYC)

7:30 pm           Youth leaders meeting in the Fulton Room

8-10:30 (ish) pm          First Session

Saturday, April 17th
8:30 am                                   Doors open

9:30 am-11:30 am       Second Session

11:30 am-1:30 pm       LUNCH BREAK
(PLEASE BE BACK PROMPTLY AT 1:30 PM FOR THE IMPORTANT FINAL  SESSION)

1:30-4:00 (ish) pm       Third Session

All AYC general sessions will be in Governor’s Halls 1,2,&3
